Terms of Service
These terms explain how Rikosa LLC provides AI automation and related digital services. By working with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide custom AI automation solutions for businesses. Each project is scoped individually based on your needs. Services may include document processing, report generation, content automation, AI assistants, and data cleanup. Unless specifically included, services do not cover ongoing hosting, third-party subscriptions, or enterprise-level security compliance.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide necessary information, access, and materials for your project.
- Respond with timely feedback and approvals.
- Maintain all third-party accounts and services your automation connects to.
- Comply with applicable laws.
3. Fees & Payment
- Project fees are agreed upon before work begins, based on scope and complexity.
- We accept Zelle, wire transfer, cashier's check, or certified check.
- All payments are final and non-refundable once work begins.
- We may pause work until payments are received in full.
4. Timelines & Acceptance
Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Deliverables are deemed accepted upon written approval, deployment, or 5 business days after delivery without rejection. Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions; additional changes are billed at an agreed hourly rate.
5. Warranty & Support
Projects include a 30-day bug-fix warranty covering defects in our work. The warranty does not cover new features, third-party changes, or modifications you make after delivery. Ongoing support is available as a separate engagement.
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you own your final project deliverables.
- Rikosa retains its internal tools, processes, and reusable components.
- We may reference your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
We don't guarantee specific business outcomes, uptime, or profitability. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid for your project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may cancel before work begins (eligible for refund). After kickoff, payments are non-refundable. We may terminate for non-payment, fraud, or material breach.
