Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how Rikosa LLC (“Rikosa,” “we,” “us”) provides website design and related digital services. By working with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide website design and related digital services through three core packages: Starter ($999), Professional ($1,499), and Premium ($1,999). Optional add-ons may also be purchased. Unless specifically included, services do not cover custom apps, advanced e-commerce, advertising, compliance guarantees, or enterprise-level security.

2. Client Responsibilities

Provide necessary content (logos, text, images) with proper usage rights.
Respond with timely feedback and approvals (delays may cause project pauses or fees).
Maintain all third-party accounts (domain, hosting, email, payment processors, booking tools).
Comply with applicable laws. Rikosa is not liable for client-provided content or compliance issues.

3. Fees & Payment

All fees are due upfront, before work begins.
We accept Zelle, wire transfer, cashier’s check, or certified check only.
All payments are final and non-refundable once work begins.
Chargebacks are not accepted. Please contact us directly if you have an issue.
We may pause work until payments are received in full.

4. Timelines & Acceptance

Project timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Deliverables are deemed accepted upon written approval, launch, or 5 business days after delivery without rejection. Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions; additional changes are billed at $120/hour.

5. Warranty & Support

Starter and Professional include a 30-day bug-fix warranty; Premium includes 60 days. Warranty covers defects in our work, not new features or third-party issues. Hosting/maintenance is separate unless purchased.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own your final website deliverables.
Rikosa retains its templates, code libraries, and processes (licensed to you for use in your site).
We may display your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
A “Website developed by Rikosa” credit may appear in the footer (removable for a $500 buyout).

7. Disclaimers & Liability

We don’t guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, uptime, or profitability. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid for your project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may cancel before work begins (eligible for refund). After kickoff, payments are non-refundable. We may terminate for non-payment, fraud, or material breach. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
